DeskNow lets you store contact details of other people and organizations, as in a traditional address book.
You can:
store contacts
organize contacts in folders
search contacts
share contacts with other users
access contacts from any mobile device without synchronization
DeskNow uses also a special contact folder as a complete User directory, which contains all the contact details of DeskNow users in your organization.
Contacts are well integrated with the other DeskNow features. It is possible to select email recipients from the contact folders, send and receive contacts as email attachments (using the vCard format), etc.
Contacts are also used to create Mailing Lists.
