Working online

In DeskNow, all your data (email, documents, contacts, etc) is kept on a central server (called the DeskNow Server).

 

Whenever you need to access it, you do so by connecting to the server.

With Internet access now widespread, and wireless networks covering large areas and all the cities, you can access all your information virtually at any time you need it.

 

For instance, you can work on a document in the office, then finish it from home without the need to bring a copy with you. If you visit a customer, you can access the same document from your PDA, without synchronization.

 

If you read an email from your phone, it will appear as read when you get in the office.
