The administrator of a domain can define multiple User classes for the domain. Every user class can be assigned different basic permissions (accessing email, files, calendars, changing the preferences, the password, sharing objects, and so on).
An user always belong to an user class, and inherits its permissions.
User classes are the easiest way to limit access to DeskNow's functionalities in a selective way.
To manage user classes, click on Administration / User classes.
