The DeskNow window consists of a simple menu on the left-hand side, and some content in the centre-right section.
You can access the various features of DeskNow by clicking on links in the menu.
Important: some links have a + sign next to them. Click on it to expand the menu. Click again to collapse the menu.

You can access this help at any time by clicking on the 'Help' link on the menu.
The content pane is located in the right hand side of the window. It displays emails, calendars, files folders, and every bit of information that you access from the menu.
