Preferences

DeskNow lets you set many preferences to personalize your account. Amongst the things you can change:

• language of the interface

• time zone

• date and time formats

• start of week

• layout (if your site has multiple layouts available - DeskNow has one layout by default but more can be added - ask the administrator for more details)

• screen colors ("theme")

• font size

• disable/enable preview panes

• number of rows per page listed

• show/hide completed tasks
• enable/disable automatic email checking. If enabled, DeskNow will check for new email and messages periodically (you can set the interval), and notify you when new mails/messages are available
• mail signature
• password
• your personal details

To access your preferences, click on the Preferences link in the menu, and then on the preference group that you want to change.
