Mail folders

You can organize your email in different folders.

By default, your DeskNow account has 3 email folders:

Unread emails are displayed in bold, and have a 'closed envelope' icon ().  You can mark one ore more emails as read, even if you haven't read it/them. You can also mark one or more emails as unread, to remind yourself to read them again in the future.

Emails that have attachments are displayed with a small attachment icon:

You can create other mail folders, as many as you want. You can create them at the first level of the tree, or inside other mail folders (in the latter case, the new folder is a "subfolder").

By default, DeskNow shows you the mail listing in the upper half of the window only.

You can also view the listing in full screen. See Full screen and split views for more information.

For more information, see Moving around: folders

You can move emails from a folder to another (except 'drafts' and 'sent'), and delete groups of emails.

You can also instruct DeskNow to download emails from other mail servers and store them in a particular folder.
