How to access DeskNow

DeskNow can be accessed by many different devices:

• web browsers

• PDAs (PocketPC, Palm, etc)

• WAP phones

• Java phones

Supported browsers and devices

Browsers

• Microsoft IE 5.0 or greater

• Netscape 6.1 or greater

• Mozilla 1.1 or greater

PDAs

• any PocketPC or PocketPC 2002 device

• Palm devices, using either WAP browsers or Java

• RIM Blackberry, using WAP or Java

Phones

• WAP phones

• JAVA (J2ME/Midlet) phones

How to access

Please consult your system administrator for information on how to access DeskNow from a particular device. Usually, links for PocketPC and WAP devices are also displayed on the browser login page. These links depend on the address of your DeskNow server.

All the devices must have network connectivity to the DeskNow server.

If you are the Administrator: if you installed DeskNow using the Windows installer, you can click on the DeskNow Login icon in the DeskNow program group in the Start menu.
