Disabling the integrated messenger

To disable the integrated messenger, click on Preferences and then Messenger, and disable the appropriate box.

You need to logout from DeskNow and re-login for the change to take effect.

You can enable the integrated messenger at any time.

Tip: to simply disable the alerts when other users login, click on the Options button and uncheck the corresponding option.
