DeskNow provides you with different views of the calendar:
day view
week view
month view
tasks view
To switch from one view to the other, click on the corresponding link in the page menu.
Tip: in every view tasks and events are displayed using different colours, to indicate which calendar they belong to. This is useful when you are viewing multiple calendars (ex.: My Calendar + Group calendar) in a single view.
When you first open a calendar, you are presented with the calendar view for the current date (today).
You are shown all the appointments in the calendar, and the tasks that are due for the current date (there might be other tasks that do not have a due date, or that are due on a different date; to view them, click on the Tasks link to open the Tasks view).
